My name is Jen or as everyone in my household calls me “MOOOOOM!” I’m a Certified Holistic Health and Integrative Nutrition Coach supporting women in their health and wellness journeys.
Like all mothers, I wear many hats: therapist, chef, referee, booboo healer etc. – but I’m also a woman with my own needs and passions that were once buried in a sea of onesies and laundry detergent. I prioritized everyone else’s needs ahead of my own for years and it landed me in a state of overwhelm and burnout. Sound familiar?
I see you, girl. I get it.
I’ve been there, done that, and brought back the Adrenal Fatigued T-shirt. Frankly, I still try on that T-shirt from time to time, but here is the thing: You matter. Your health and happiness matter. And guess what, when you show up for yourself, both YOU and your family benefit because at the end of the day, you can’t pour from a cup that is bone dry.
A Whole-Mom Approach
Every aspect of your life is interconnected. We will work together on generating more space for you by:
- Creating better boundaries
- Working through self-limiting stories
- Tackling the mom guilt
- Establishing healthy eating and sleeping habits
- Creating mindfulness practices to manage your stress levels (and balance your hormones), and
- Increasing your joy factor
Whatever it is that you need to make you feel like YOU again, that’s what we’ll focus on. You deserve to feel good inside and out and I believe that is achievable in even the busiest of times.
