Whether you’re a working mother or doing the ultimate unpaid work of raising good humans, you’ve got A LOT on your plate.  It’s hard to juggle your job, your children, your marriage, your life and still remember that you have a name other than MOM.

I’m here to help you make yourself a PRIORITY!  You are worthy and you deserve to be healthy and happy and honor the woman that you are.  As a mom of two little ones, I know how difficult that can be, but I also know what happens when you don’t take care of yourself.  I hold a judgement free space for you to explore the ways to get back to your highest self: to find a way to ignite your soul, nourish your body with foods that make you feel great and figure out what balance looks for you at this stage in your life.

I’m here to support you reach your goals, to help you make time for yourself and fuel your body in a way that increases your energy and clarity and allows you to start living life out loud!

I provide several offerings so that you can choose what’s right for you.

We will work one-on-one, either in person or over video conference twice a month for 50 minutes.  I work at your pace – I believe in crowding out bad foods and bad habits with ones that are better for you.  We may discuss nutrition, career, spirituality, relationships – I’ll support you wherever you’re feeling stuck and we’ll work together to make the pieces fall back into place.

I offer complimentary initial consultations to discuss what you’re struggling with and how I can help you. I get that this is a commitment and you should feel good about making this investment in yourself.

Looking to add more nutrition onto your family’s plate? No problem!  I offer cooking demonstrations (NYC only), nutrition consultations, pantry makeovers and guidance on how to navigate nutritional labels at the grocery store).  No child or family is the same so I tailor the instruction to your unique needs.  I’m a realistic mama who values nutrient dense food, but also knows that sometimes you need to find ways to add nutrition to foods the kids already love.  I call it….ninja motherhood!
